The 2012 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament was an association football competition to determine the two participants at the 2012 Summer Olympics.[1]

As with past versions of the tournament, eight teams were split up into two groups of four. One group played their matches at LP Field in Nashville, Tennessee, while the remaining group played their matches at Home Depot Center in Carson, California. The group matches were played from March 22–27.

Following the group stage, there was an elimination round held at Livestrong Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kansas. The semifinal matches was held on March 31, while the final match was held on April 2. The two finalists advanced to the 2012 Olympic Tournament.[2]
