药物分类

镇静剂，也稱作鎮定劑（英語：Sedatives），是一個化學上的作用物，用作減少身體某一部份的機能或是活動[1]，镇静剂有助於缓解人们的抑郁及焦虑；它们通常被用作治療精神紧张的病者，镇静剂有利于人的镇静。鎮靜劑不可盲目使用，其盲目使用後果包括損壞其認知的運動機能[2]。
