簡介
型號：SP524"Executioner"，通稱劊子手。第二戰役中登場（遊戲中2-6的BOSS）。
相當於精英斥候，比稻草人地位稍高，兩人經常搭檔。
莽撞衝動，大大咧咧的女漢子，熱衷於堂堂正正的戰鬥，並不喜歡欺負弱者。

指揮官，帕斯卡小姐破譯了一段新的語言，當然，是出自劊子手傀儡的核心。
铁血工造，产品编号SP88（剧情中编号是SP524，疑似手误），刽子手，算是为了正面作战而制造的人形吧。战斗时值得享受的，除此之外我很讨厌暴力呢。刽子手这个职业，不就是象征着文明的进步嘛。
大家猜測，這可能就是鐵血人形的出廠問候語呢，那樣的話……
強化改造
在2017年春季活動「魔方行動PLUS」 2-2中被改造成了EX劊子手，攻擊方式和以前相同，先槍後刀。但這次一刀能砍一排人形，傷害更爆炸。當然還是能閃避的。並且新增「霧月處刑」技能。
命令與夥伴？
在魔方行動中，在銜尾蛇的命令與回收遭格式化而失去機能的獵手之間，選擇了救回獵手，而不是優先命令。根據UMP45（那個怪物）對此的解釋，鐵血人形的AI對於保護夥伴的意識或許比起命令更為重要。
這也許意味著，鐵血並未無情無義接收命令就大開殺戒的冷血機械，而是有感情的生化人形。比如某二五仔2333
