努库阿洛法的集市
努庫阿洛法（汤加语：Nukuʻalofa）是湯加的首都，人口约22,400人（1996年），位于湯加群島最南端的汤加塔布岛的北部海岸。
主要出口商品是乾椰子仁、香蕉、香子兰和手工艺品。
根據湯加的神話傳說，努库阿洛法（Nukuʻalofa）這個名稱其實是由兩個字組成，分別是：努库（Nuku）居留的意思，阿洛法（ʻalofa）愛的意思。

努庫阿洛法是湯加王國的首都。它位於湯加塔布島北部海岸，在最南部的湯加島群。努瓜婁發是汤加最重要的商业、交通、社会中心，集中了全国约35%的人口。汤加王宫、汤加卫理公会教堂和所有的政府建筑都在努瓜婁發。
