黑豹黨（英語：Black Panther Party，簡稱BPP）是一個在1966年至1982年活躍的一個美國組織[1]，成員是由非裔美國人所組織的黑人民族主義和社會主義組織[2][3]，其宗旨主要為促進美國黑人的民權，另外他們也主張黑人應該有更為積極的正當防衛權利，即使使用武力也是合理的。黑豹黨只有一個海外分會在阿爾及利亞，於1969到1972年間運作。
